edit(July 8th): Okay, so I got sick of trying to figre out a BG and sorta threw something together XD Hopefully you like XP Since I forgot to turn it back into several layers before closing PS, I don't have the ther PSD left, so it's either this or no BG X'D

Grrr... I kinda really hate how the colours change in RBG-mode (I always colour in CMYK)... Especially the skin colours kinda float together... (There are three shades, really =.= )

edit(June 7th):: Okay, first step in colouring showing here (which means - I got a new tablet pen!)

edit2(June 7th):: Finished the red stuff. Moving on to the rest of the clothes in... a little while *is taking a break to read some manga*

edit3(June 7th):: Finished black stuffs *sigh* gweh, it's hard working with different types of clothing in the same colour... oh well, turned out kinda okay, I think...

edit4(June 7th):: GAH. Yah, so it's ABOUT done... I'll leave it at this today because my back HURTS. Anyways, all I have left is a background either way, so~

Done parts: Hair, Eyes, Skin, Red Clothes, Black parts, Metallish stuff
Left to do: Background
Time so far: 5ish hours

*gasps* What IS this? Me, drawing boys? (Remember kids, it hasn't really happened since May last year X'D)

...Okay, so it IS the probably most feminine boy of the century, but STILL.

And the story...?

uhm... I blame it on :iconaoikage: For reintroducing me to being a fangirl of this guy X'D

She lent me Final Fantasy VII a few (2) weeks ago, and yah, I'm on my FIRST EVER playthrough of the game X'D... And still I've been a Vincent-fangirl for... what, four - five years or so now? See what an Idiot I am? X'D

Anyways, as my tablet is still malfunctional, it's only lines for now. I am planning on using these lines in a bigger picture (We'll see about that -.-; ) but for now it's just this.

To start, I have to say I adore your background for this picture. It is absolutely gorgeous with such a beautiful quality to it. The small sparkles around him fluttering add a lot to it and tie it into the background. This is very good. Instead of looking like you pasted the picture over the background, it blends nicely.

You have a beautiful texture to the clothing and especially to his metallic arm. I would've loved to see more depth to his face, however. Maybe put a less neutral expression on his face. It would definitely have added a lot to the picture.

Still, a gorgeous picture overall and a joy to look at.

this is a nice little rendition of mr vincent valentine.
the details of his clothes (like the buckles and straps) and the shading and shadowing is great. The cape looks like it flows and perhaps billowing around him in some sort of breeze. i guess the only thing is i wouldve like to have seen a more expressive emotion on his face. darkening around the eyes, a slight grimace maybe, whilst pretty (lol as many have said) he is also a dark personality, quite serious.
other than that. well done and not bad for not having drawn boys in awhile.

Why do you keep posting worthless shit like this love? And it's on the smallest piece of paper you could ever found!

You already know what I think of this x3 and you got the folds on his cape very good. I li- hate it XP

And who can blame you for being a Vincent Valentine fangirl? He's awesome even if he is the girliest guy around! He flicks his hair and we get our eyes burnt by it's shine XDDD

He IS awesome - being able to BE that awesome with so little plot surrounding him in the original game (with him being an Optional character, after all *huffs at the sheer stupidity*)
